Tracy Langford

Tracy  is a dynamic and enthusiastic part of the Los Alamos Real Estate Community. During 2004 she served as President of the Los Alamos Association of Realtors.  During her tenure as President, the association grew by 10% and liaisons were put in place that continue to profit members of the association to this day.  In 2005 she earned the coveted Realtor of The Year designation. Peers give this title, so it speaks highly about the level of her professionalism, ethics and business standards.  Tracy currently is a member of the RANM (Realtor Association of New Mexico) legislative committee and has been called upon to speak before the State Legislative committee on revenue and tax stabilization. She has been nominated for a RANM office for 2009, the NW District VP.  This position will have her traveling all over Northern New Mexico, establishing a broad network of colleges within the industry.  She has been instrumental in improving the communications between the local realtors association and the public.
She is called upon to invite informative speakers to the local association to provide insight not only to the real estate industry, but also things like taxation, local industry, and real estate marketing strategists.   She continues to stand out in the community and industry as a leader.  She is also currently enrolled in the 2007-2008 Leadership Los Alamos Program.  She has co-chaired the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, has been on the Los Alamos County Planning and Zoning Committee and has participated in many local nonprofit fund raising activities.

Catherine Richmond

Catherine became a Realtor in 2002.  She has since worked in several communities within New Mexico.  Her love of the local scenery and culture has allowed her to adapt her business to accommodate several towns at once.  She can see the beauty in all of Northern New Mexico, and so she hates to limit her expertise to just Los Alamos.  Catherine focuses on markets as far reaching as Velarde and Las Vegas.   She has served on both the Las Vegas and Los Alamos Association of Realtors Boards and is currently studying to become a licensed appraiser.  Her knowledge and expertise is sure to come in handy for those wishing to explore some of the more rural communities of Northern New Mexico to find their home.

 Jill M. Hanson

Jill considers herself a native of Los Alamos, having moved here at the age of nine.  She has lived, thrived and seen many changes.  Coming to the LA Real Estate Group is an exciting conversion.  She has worked in the residential housing industry since 1998 and became a Realtor in 2002.  She has a broad knowledge base within the housing industry, ranging from new construction to residential buying and selling.  Having raised her three girls here in Los Alamos her knowledge of the community and what it has to offer is boundless.
